Darrell,
I understand, and it was in this context that I mentioned repeatability.
After all what's the point of claiming a fantastic resolution is, if you
can't put the darn cutter where it's supposed to go... No one has
mentioned linearity either... I have my doubts ( an stand corrected if
I'm wrong) that the cheap lead screw thread is absolutely as linear and
accurate as the resolution would dictate it should be... What do you
think?
