Jerry,
Dancad/CAM can do this teach-in, save to a file. Mark points, and fit
curves. I don't remember if Dan H exported DXF, but I posted a url
for this program in a link last night. It is shareware, free full
demo. It is an OLD program, but has had this functionality since the
early 90's...
I've mentioned before that it would be nice to see this feature in
more of the current generation of controls...
