more mistakes, accidentally being in the wrong stupid "mode" more often than
not. I've only used the "knob jogger" on a machine where it was mounted on
the control panel and not on a pendant.
But, just by looking at the pendants that have knob joggers on them, I see
"clumsy" written all over them. Heavier than necessary, Costs big bucks the
minute she accidently hits the floor, and you need two hands to work it.
(please don't tell me the safety issues with two hands yadda yadda.....)
I'd rather have applied some X-keys pendant methods which can be made for one
hand operation AND all kinds of machines and software control.
If you end up using the X-keys keypad or circuitry, you end up with a really
light weight Pendant. At under $100, its probably cheaper than just the knob
and corresponding pulse electronics. You guys want cheap, keyboard emulation
is it.
Then again, maybe machines need three "knob-joggers" like a super
Etcha-Sketch. that'd be fun...... My Kids would like it !
