Sean: You definitely must NOT dismantle the "wafer bidniss" on the G210!
You see the four "half-holes" (two on the edge under the black plastic
terminal-header things, and two on the opposite edge)? Those are for 6-32
screws, probably best with #6 washers under them, to mount the alum. "bottom"
of the G210 to whatever surface. If your motors draw less than 3 amps, then
NO HS is required. 3 A. or more, then you should be bolting to a HS, yes.
The white goo? That is "Head-Conductive Grease" aka "H.S. compound". It has
elements in it like berillium. Probably not wise to chew one's fingernails
after getting this all over your pinkies! You should smear a bit of it on
the bottom of the G210 before you bolt it down. READ the "white paper" that
came with it! All the pertinent info is there!
