Sean: Your observations of needed mechanical-design-improvements to the G210
match mine, and it amazes me that Mariss, who is clearly an electronics
genius, could have let a beautiful product such as this "get out the door"
with these mechanical cumbersomnosities! Ah, well... Such is life.

FYI: When I discovered how hard it was going to be to pull-off those black
terminal-header thingies, I DIDN'T! I just used hex-head bolts on that side
(under the black plastic), with #6 SAE washers, and "regular" screws on the
"top edge". Then, I use a tiny ΒΌ" box-end wrench for those two, and a
torx-driver for the two on top. (It's more mysterious and looks like someone
who could think did it, when those are used instead of slotted screws.
Recently dismantled several nearly-new "throw-away" PC's, and have lots and
lots of torx-head hardware in plastic bins, now. Whew! Sears sells a set of
Torx-drivers, now!) Jan Rowland
