Hi Sean,

No design flaw. If you remove the two connector blocks (they pull off),
you'll be able to get to all the holes you need. And if you should need
to swap out a drive, no problem! slip off the connector blocks (wires
still attached), and swap out the drive! NICE DESIGN!
