Rick,
Connect terminal 10 ("common" or "+5VDC" depending on the can) to
your PC +5VDC. This is available on pin 1 of the game port if you
have one. If not, get a $10 sound card and use the game port it comes
with. You will be off to the races as soon as you do. Good luck!
