Sherline 2000 mill, Camtronics 2A kit, surplus steppers,
including one on a standard Sherline rotary table.
Coming up shortly, EMCO 5-inch cnc lathe with updated
controller as above, but with servo motor and Gecko 320
driving the spindle.
Drawings and CAM by Vector cad/cam, machine control by
CNCPRO.
Woudln't have happened without this list, thanks to everyone!
Anything I have to say about off-topic items will be
put into off-list comments. I've seen wayyyyy too much of
rec.crafts.metalworking and its companion CNC newsgroup.
I'll side with Bill, who started this group to LEARN, and
with 2000 plus members, and a very high level of quality in
discussions (on-topic), it is working extremely well. There
are many places to bitch and complain, let's not corrupt
this one.
I've been around long enough to have seen at least 3 very
good moderated newsgroups succumb to anarchistic ego-flexing
by contributors who thought they knew better than the
moderator. I value this list too highly to let it happen here.
Flame away, but do it off-line. /mark
