I've EMC (BDI 2.04 base) on a P166, 64mb ram, STGII. The motive power from
Emerson FX490/DX490 servo combinations, no reduction belt drive to rolled
ballscrews on X, Y, Z(knee).
Retrofitted Moog Hydrapoint (Tossed the hydraulics, used ballscrews) for the
iron.
(Bridgport Series I style base, knee; saddle similar in type to Series II.
T-Ram w/ Series I head, 8" riser)
X=35.5", Y=10.5", Z=10.5"
A nice flat cutting machine, and w/ the T-ram, room for a router head, etc.
