I said to myself "What white papers? I just went through the site 5
minutes ago and didn't see any tech info besides the product sheets"

Now I get it , they are in the "SUPPORT" area. I didn't click that button
because I tought it would only be customer service-related stuff.
As I am not a customer yet...

Mariss, maybe you should put a separate button for "Tech Library" on the
menu page ? And, excuse me for asking questions (in my previous post) that I
will probably find answers for in your white papers.
