I've blown a few small electrolytics over the years, and baby diapers
is a Great description. The damp paper tends to get into and stick in
creavices you never thought it could. I'd hate to blow a large
computer grade! I lucked out and Scrounged a new 15K uf 100vdc rated
one for my PS.
