Warren Seames wrote a textbook on cnc that has many of the calcs
needed for cutter comp. James Madisons' book on CNC also has many
cutcomp calcs... (sadly this second book degenerates into a mishmash
of "conversational" programming technioques only applicable to one
control...) The Seames book is a good overall CNC reference, IMO.

But EMC source code may be your best bet; free on the web, and
already in "computer" format.
