study some examples of tool comp, later...

What are "polar canned" routines"? Rectangular to polar transforms?
Liner and/or circular interpolation?

Check out TurboCNC list. Good place to discuss implementation. Or
Contact me off list if you'd like. Not that I know anything about
implementing tool offsets!
