Chip thickness is the same as "feed per tooth". You take Cutter RPM
x number of cutting teeth to get teeth per minute. So, at 5000 RPM, a
4-flute end mill will deliver 20,000 teeth/min against the workpiece.
if the feed was 20 IPM, that would be .001" feed per tooth.
