Thanks for the info.

one phase burned out, means one phase of one drive (axis) burned out?
Then the problem should only occur with that axis? Could I be than
unfortunate to have one phase of all 3 axes burn out simultaneously?

I started with X-axis. Then I tested the y-axis and z-axis. Same
problem. I recheck at very low speed. Can see the shaft jumping
forward, then back, all axis. Then tried with Master5. Same problem.

Transistors? Let's see -
there is L297, L298, (I.C's?)
74HCT123? (what is this?)
CD406?
DS1233-10?
