I've heard enough horror stories and seen enough mangled parts/tools to
have a healthy respect for ANY machine... while its running anyway
almost all the (minor) injures I've racked up so far have been while the
machines are Stopped
getting cut reaching PAST a sharp tool or using fingers to pull chips
the worst one was when a wrench slipped and I caught a sharp edge
most all of them could have been prevented by taking just a little more time
and being just a little more carefull of where things are around me
