As I recall, V6 did not allow "default snaps". Without any defaults, you could look like an octopus swinging around on the keyboard turning things on and off. My V6 is sitting on the shelf. Next
stop the trash bin. You know you can't transfer any ownership of autodesks stuff.

I do most of my drawing by slinging out offsets to the point I want and fitting whatever necessary. That way I do not have to think much when I draw. I sure like having "math" in the entry boxes !

Take a look at http://sensiva.com/ for info on Sensiva. It is kind of like a Macro program that I use to call up tools or even views without ever going to the toolbar. I would caution you that only
certain Sensiva versions are good ones... some of them were real buggy. Contact me offlist and I will set you up if you really want to get your cad program to draw faster ! On top of that, You can
use it to automate just about any other windows program.
