Create clearance point above desired thread major diameter start.
Create line Z start and Z finish at major thread diameter. Create
clearance point up. Copy and paste to minor thread diameter. Set F
at 1/pitch. Replace G01 with G33 in editor. Works with tapered
threads too!

See Pages 178 - 182 again. It can do that too.

Profile the finish dimensions. Offset the profile to the desired
cutting DOC. Set return points.

They don't exist. Neither do the menus for Helical interpolation and
several other 3d function that Vector can do. Just because a menus
does not exist, it does not mean that the function cannot be
performed.
