I use Dolphin Partmaster CadCam, and as far as I am aware, it is the
only software in its price-range that includes a module specifically
for lathe use. It will cut tapers, threads and tapered-threads as
well as grooving, boring and drilling - it will even take into
account the profile of a casting or forged part blank to prevent
unecessary cutter movement: I suggest you try it. www.dolphin.gb.com
