No, the BOSS machines originally CONTAINED a 16-bit minicomputer. Programs
were generally loaded from paper tape.

You might look on eBay for keywords like BOSS and CNC, and see if one shows up.
It shouldn't take much looking to find a pic of a BOSS with a closeup of the control
panel.
