You have the max steps per seconds is way too high. Start at 1500 not
15000 then adjust upward till it starts losing steps then back off about
10%. Also your acceleration is way too high. Start at 1000 sps. Also the
start velocity is high start at 500 and increase.

Having some problem with the z-axis in the cnc'ed sherline with
Sherline stepper 1/2 winding, Camtronics 2A driver, desknc black box,
with the parameters set up as follows
Acceleration=5000
maxsps=15000
start_vel=5000
steps/mm=400
The z-axis seem to be loosing steps very badly. The z-axis seem to
jerk, and hardly move. I set the accel. to 500 and start vel. to 500
and problem persist. I think it may be the parameters may not be
suitable for this configuration.
Can someone suggest a suitable parameter for this set-up or let us
know about the parameters which is working with your system.
