Hi Dan,

Thanks. You are always dependable. Reset the parameters to

max sps: 1500sps ( ~9ipm)
start v: 500
acceler: 1000spss

Running the engraving program with xy feedrate 5ipm, everything OK.
However, when I tried to run the same program with xy feedrate at 9ipm
the result was distorted. looks like at a "small part" of the
begginning of the program, x was "amplified" like when the intended
result was a V, it has ended up with a fat \/ extended in the x
direction - the opposite of lost steps (is there such a fault a
gained steps?

Running the program at 6ipm was OK.
