a while back, and it appears it's really only needed to compensate for
things like re-sharpened tools, so if your g-code is set of 1/8" and the
tool really was 3/32" you can fool the g-code interpreter by applying
the offset. It then compensates... I doubt I would ever use it. The Max
software has it.
offset inwards by half of the tool diameter. If the Mill Layer gest in
the way, simply hide it...
Did you trythe demo version of BobCad yet ?
