Wouldn't it just be easier to use the free Desk Engrave to create
text toolpaths as DXF or G-code directly?

I am confused how discussion of Autocad ($3000+), Mastercam($4000-
$15000+), and Unigraphics($nice luxury car) contributes to do it
yourself hobby CNC.
