What software are you using? What kind of computer, parallel port,
etc.? What are the
settings of the software ie. speed and acceleration? What kind of
machine, size, construction,
screws, etc.? What kind of operation is this? Circular interpolation
with a TINY tool?
When you say routing, do you mean you are using a tool SMALLER than .25
mm and
making the machine move in a VERY small orbit?
