The MAE Offanengo web site in American English is
http://www.mae.it/us/index.htm
Select stepper motors from left frame and you will get a page describing
how to read their model numbers. From there you can also get specific
pages on each motor. It lists your motors as 90 volt max.
I've been running some of their smaller ones with as much as 80 volts
and they work fine but I use Centent anti-resonance micro stepper dirvers
which allow me to limit the current to any value I want.
