glad to hear you got your gecko's.
did you check out the manual ?

This should clear up most of your questions.
but, basically, stepper power is on 1 and 2 (30 volts ? 70 volts ?)
step and direction is on 9 and 8
(step on 9, dir on 8) with +5 from the same computer on 10.
these are isolated so do not connect ground or power to any other
terminals on the Gecko.
set resistor is on 11 and 12,
you can leave 7 open for running or short it to pin 12 to stop the
drive. this is for an end switch or e-stop.
stepper motor leads are on 3,4,5, and 6
remember that if you use fuses, or your wire lengths from power
supply to the gecko exceed about 16 inches you much use a 470uF cap
on 1 and 2 (watch polarity)
