RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Gecko wiring question

My supply is currently built to put out 35 volts however with no load on it
and measuring across the cap I get nearly 40 volts. As soon as I put a load
on it the voltage measures about 36 volts and tends to vary a little as the
load varies.
