List management personnel changes

As the list has grown so has the workload to keep it running smoothly.
To help assure that the CCED list can continue to grow and be the great
resource we have all come to expect, Bill (our fearless founder and list
mom) has decided that we need the management resources to grow also. So
we are making some changes and additions.
We have added 2 additional moderators to the group. Doug Fortune and Lee
Studley have agreed to help us with the duties of running the list. They
now are fully able to do any of the duties I have been handling such as
approving new members for non-moderated status, approving messages of
moderated members, switching members to moderated status and banning
trouble makers. This should be totally transparent to the list. But, if
you see a posts from one of these guys declaring a subject off topic or
asking that a particular discussion move in a different direction you
need to heed the message as they are fully empowered and authorized to
do whatever they need to so that the list runs smoothly.
No need for any response on the list about this. As always feel free to
address any questions, concerns, complaints, etc. to Bill, myself, and
now Doug or Lee off the list and we will be happy to discuss them.
So congratulations and thanks to Doug and Lee for stepping up to the
plate and being willing to help. Now Lee will never get his Bridgeport
done and Doug will probably be late shipping your beast power supply <g>

P.S. Bill tells me I am now a list co-mom with him.
