Even at 25X voltage the motor will run real hot. If you look at the
idealized chart Mariss has on motor heating you will see that at about
12X over voltage the iron loss heating (voltage dependent) is equal to
the copper loss heating (amperage dependent). At 25X the iron heating is
about 2-1/2 times the copper heating. You will also note that the slope
of the curve gets steeper with increasing voltage. 56.5 will push you
further up the curve than is plotted.
Now it is your choice. Pushing too hard will only cost you some motors
and drives so try what ever you like and give us a report on the
results.
