Gecko 210's ouput switching Question

on 2003-02-21 13:30:24 UTC
Hi,

I'm planning to use a fourth Gecko 210 on my mill to drive a rotary
axis, but only on a temporary 'as needed' bassis. I was about to add
a suitable 4 way socket for the stepper motor to be plugged into when
the need arises.

But do Geckos object to the motors being unplugged, and if so what is
the best way of putting them in a safe state - do I need to interlock
the main power to the Gecko 210 ?

TIA
