cnc router plans

hi
my husband and I wish to start a furniture bussines and rather than
buying a cnc router he wishes to build one. We have looked at some
sites and the cost involved is too high as we are in Australia and
the transfer in money is sooo expensive.
We have had no luck in locating plans here and every one thinks you
can not make one. My husband is a mech fitter and works with large
machines repairing and creating new parts so making a cnc router will
not be too hard.
So if anybody has plans out there on how to build a cnc router (
free ) I will be ever so gratefull. So please email me and we can go
from there.
