But Johns plans are for cutting 1/4 in ply at the heaviest. And
really more designed for balsa wood for planes. However I still think
a set of his plans would be a good first step. You can get cutting
something for about 200.00 dollars American. Be careful of his plans
that use store front Alum as some parts of the world seem to have
trouble locating it. And If I remember right he refuses to sell
except to US and Canada. How lots of people have built routers just
from looking at the pictures at his site. I have a set of his plans
ant they are pretty decent for the price.
