Hi Peja
I remember in school we experimented with large
telescope type mirrors created from a huge shallow
pan of mercury slowly spinning. The surface was
very accurate. (we had protection from vapor of course)
I think most epoxies and polyester/styrene resins
are too viscous to flow out well, but I know some very
low viscosity specialty resins can be had.
You might wish to try an experiment with a small amount, measure the
flatness, and tell us how it did!
