Hi Kevin,

Seemed like you have connected them correctly in the recommended half
coil configuration and should work. Only thing I can suggest is to
check the wires are connected properly. Had a similar problem when
one wire was not connected properly, which meant only one phase was
working, and the motor was behaving like you described - vibrating
but not moving.
