You could try this link. Several distributors in the States. The TC08
takes up to 8 thermocouples and logs the info (up to 1 million samples at
intervals from 1 second to 1 week). Connects via serial port to your PC and
can display data / graph in its own software or drop into Excel.
We use it at work, very easy to use.
Also do scopes but no experience with this.
