Taig Mill Conversion: Motor and Power Supply Selection

Hi Everyone,
I am about to place an order for Taig CNC Ready Mill, 2019CR that I
will convert to CNC (been in contact with Nick of CarterTools). I am
inclined to buy Geckos 210. I intend to use Taig with whatever is
Taig capable of. Most importantly jewelry, among other things.
Given this information, how I choose the steppers and power supply.
What would be their specs and the sources to buy from?
