Not sure if you realize this, maybe you do, but I have not seen it mentioned
in your posts (could be I missed it) but you will also need analog servo
amps to drive the motors with either the Pico or Servo To Go setup, whereas
the Gecko servo drives wil take step and direction input and drive the
motors directly.
