I too have a similar question.

On your topic about T-CNC, Dave may allow you to modify and sell your
version based on your mod's, but not call it Turbo-CNC.

I imagine he would also want a cross lisense fee. Not too much to
ask for all the work that has been put into it to start with. And
probably some agreement could be made.

My question is about Master5 Mach1/2. Art had origionally offered
free upgrade for life. He have extended that to Mach so far, but I
do see the absense of that offer.

With the recent product cycle ends showing up and no more upgrades
for some of these products, what can one expect ?
