Of course you are correct. On both counts. All software has bugs of
some sort...
Since EMC and Mach2 share many components, it seems reasonable that
they would have similar problems. I am only nowadays aware of Mach2,
since I turned away from EMC around the time that the BDI was
becoming usable.
I do believe that Art has made a LOT of MAJOR additions an revisions
to the NIST work he started with. And that he has squashed many bugs
from the NIST code. (But whether in the TP or interp-or any other
module-, I had no right saying.)
