Fred Smith - IMService
G74 is another one used by some controls to home the machine at the beginning
of the program then G92 to set that point to Zero then you can use the G54,
G55,...... etc. for your zero shifts. Each control manufacturer has their own
codes for these special functions like the automatic machine home function.
