For a RF31 clone you'll want to use 3/4 screw. 5/8 screw is too
small, unless you're using really small motors.
Now, I know half of the folks on the list use 5/8 screw and they say
it works fine. But if you do the math most of the time the specs
will usually call for 3/4.
Also, you'll want preloaded nuts, for the total cost of the CNC
package the preloaded nuts add very little to the overall cost.
To see what you're in for you might want to go to
www.IndustrialHobbies.com and look at the instruction sheets, it will
give you all the steps.
