I'm actually wanting to learn the correct way to draw them using
CAD; in my case I'm using Dolpohin. My most recent try (which
appears to work) I use the snap to center to start a line and then
enter "A<degrees> L3" which allows me to tell the CAD system to draw
a 3" line, n-degrees from 0. This gets me drafting lines which are
centered on the radius of each spoke. If there is a better way I'd
be interested to hear.
