The usual way to draw such things is to use an array or arraypolar
command. You draw one spoke then use the array command to copy the
correct number of times (5) over the correct angular range (360).
Depends on the CAD package you are using as to exactly how this is
done but AutoCAD the command is "array" and Rhino, "arraypolar".
