I've been meaning to ask you about this. If my computer can put out
25khz worth of pulses, and your USC can put out 300khz - wouldn't the
USC just end up waiting for the computer to catch up anyway?

Or does it take a pulse, and chop it up into faster/finer pulses
allowing me to use a finer resolution for the same end speed (machine
table speed) with the pulleys?
