nothing spectacular, 550 in/oz 34 frame reduced 10:1 to a 1.25" dia.
pinion, with a gecko 201 drive..
As long as you keep available powergreater than required power (with a
decent margin), you'll never stall a stepper.
I"ve taken to running the table at 120 ipm rapids, as it allows me to
accelerate much quicker.
It does howver make rapids from one end of the table to the other
somwhat tedious to watch.
