Piggy-Backing Gecko 320's Error channels -> E-stop

Thanks again for the help guys, I was wondering something else.
What is the easiest way to daisy-chain the gecko's error terminals
together, so that it will raise an error signal at the parallel port, so
the software can stop if one of the axis go out of goose?
I've seen some circuits in the file section, but all of these seem
rather complicated, with transistors and per-axis LED's. Is there a
simple way to just chain them together, so at least I won't be milling
my table if the Z-axis decides to fault? ...
Or is the error output the wrong polarity to signal the parallel port,
thus always needing transistors?
Any pointers to circuit diagrams/pics/schematics would be helpful.
Thanks again!
