Another 2¢: That might do for years. On the other hand, those 63 WVDC caps
might "pop" in seconds. I have to agree, if you measure 64 VDC, you should
have "100 WVDC" caps. But no sense in having 'em more than, oh, 200 WVDC.
Just a waste of $ and space.
