I got some super alloy high lubricity resin from Philadelphia resins (
http://www.phillyresins.com/ ). It is similar in description to moglice and
is intended for the same purpose. I haven't used it yet. It costs US$60.00
for 1/2 lbs. They have some interesting bulletins on their site about how to
repair ballnuts with it and to cast it on the moving parts of machines.

It is about what you are thinking of experimenting with. An epoxy with a lot
of graphite fill. I have been thinking of trying a mix of epoxy with bronze
powder and graphite. Figured the bronze powder would give greater strength
and cut resistance and the graphite would give the lubrication. Again,
haven't tried it yet but it is on my never ending list of things to get to.
