is at the price point of Bobcad, I don't expect it to do everything. And
in fact, since I'm commercial, I like to know EXACTLY what is happening
at all times and write programs that are clean, tight, easy to modify,
and with zero wasted motion.
Tried a couple others, no names. One was as totally non-intuitive as I
think a program can get. I have better things to do that delve into a
manual every 2 minutes trying to do the most basic things. The other I
think is a good program, but forced me to jump through extra hoops I
didn't feel I should have to.
I bought TurboCAD/CAM 2.0 from Greg. While I've been blessed with an
unprecedented run of steady repeat work and haven't had need for
generating any new code, I've been playing with it a bit and think it's
going to be a great fill-in until I can get into a really high end program.
And, I'll always use Bobcad for ultra quickie stuff.

legal pad, so Bobcad is El-Deluxo! And I only had to dig into the manual
